Description
Well, this was for my friend Pat ^^ lol tho he'll be getting a printed copy 
But anyway, yea i decided to adda dragon to the stormy sea that i created out of boredom 
XDD tho i think i could have done a better job coloring the dragon itself... but i screwed up the layers and gave up T.T lol -and managed to fix the clouds in the process

AlSO, the dragon wasnt drawn by me, Annie -an AMAzING artist at my school- drew it on the back of his notebook and he asked me to color it for him, so i did ^^
So the BG and cloring i did ^^
